To Practice
Chan is to Read our Self |
|
We practice Chan and study Buddhism
to come home to our original Self. The practice of Chan helps
us to quiet down, which then enables us to let go of our delusions
and attachments. |

CHAN
IS COMING HOME |

Chan is the return of our heart
and mind to its home. It is a matter of transmission of experience
and not of intellectual knowledge. Chan does not rely on thinking,
but is about pure and constant awareness. |

|

Self-Mastery |
|
Every joy and pain, our entire
life in Samsara, is created by our own heart/mind. We therefore
have to be very mindful in order to open up the road to enlightenment
for ourselves. |
